領料 / 入庫申請單，登錄申請日期、目的、申請人、倉庫、交易部門代號、是否免費樣品、明細品項與目的儲位。

主要欄位

• Master：Application No (SystemGenerate)、Apply Date、Prefix (TsDocumentPrefix, ProgramClass="GTRLIMA")、Purpose (ApplyType ComboBox)、Applicant (UserSearchControl)、Warehouse (GWarehouseSearch)、Transaction DepartmentCode + Cust Vend Name（CuspSearch）、Free Sample CheckBox、Turn Out Note (SystemGenerate)

• Detail：Line No / SKU (TsGSKUSearchColumn, CheckValidate=False) / SKUDescription / Reason (Notes) / Quantity / Unit Price / Currency Amount Without Tax / Destination Bin (TsGBinSearchColumn) / Processing Code (TsProcessingSearchColumn) / Given Quantity / Free Sample / Pending / Restocked / Billed

• Comment 出大量被註解掉的欄位（IsClosed / Currency / CurrencyAmount / TurnInNotes / TurnOutNotes / Amount / AttachmentPath / CUSTCATG / DefaultWarehouse / DocumentPrefix / NegotiationHistory / PurchaseType / ShipToNo / SpecialRequirement / ForeignExchangeRate）

操作步驟

1. 新增單據，輸入 Apply Date。

2. 選 Prefix（系統用 GTRLIMA 規則）。

3. 選 Purpose（ApplyType）、Applicant、Warehouse。

4. 設定 Transaction Department Code（會帶名稱）。

5. 視需要勾 Free Sample。

6. Detail 加入 SKU / Reason / Quantity / Destination Bin。

7. 儲存。
